I graduated with a degree in Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2011 and started my career at a residential design-build firm in San Diego. Joining Urban Arena in 2013, I spent two years working on everything from custom homes to master plans out of UA’s Orange County office before trading my flip flops for a closet full of parkas and moving to San Francisco, where I’ve always considered home. I recently became a licensed Landscape Architect and have been cultivating a strong love/hate relationship with Muni.
Outside of the office, I enjoy reliving my glory days playing recreation soccer and savoring anything that tastes like whiskey, scotch or coffee. While you can most likely find me unwinding to the tune of a NPR podcast or a new jazz or hip hop artist – in between nerding out on architecture blogs, of course – my greatest love is traveling. My most recent trip was back to the motherland, where I spent two weeks traveling through Buenos Aires and Patagonia.
