Project Architect

We are seeking a full-time Project Architect


Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work as a leader to inspire, develop, and mentor the architectural design team
  • Completely responsible for the management, production and detailing of construction documents
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure coordinated, high quality construction documents and review drawings for quality control
  • Conduct construction administrative duties including: site visits, RFI responses, submittals, and punch list reviews
  • Control projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design
  • Broad understanding of building code and building compliance
  • Attend meetings with clients, city officials, and outside consultants
  • Effective task delegation among the architectural design team
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and budgets of multiple projects


Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Must be a California licensed architect
  • Must have a minimum 10+ years of experience in multifamily and residential projects
  • Must have experience with Type I, III, and V projects
  • Experience with retail projects highly desired
  • Highly skilled in AutoCAD, experience in SketchUp and Revit are a plus
  • Professional knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant codes, regulations & standards
  • Strong knowledge of technical design and documentation
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong imagination and show the ability to create in three dimensions
  • Positive, outgoing, and energetic team member who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp)
  • Communication and project management skills

Job Captain – Landscape Architecture

We are seeking a full-time, Job Captain



  • Work experience in a Landscape Architecture firm/office
  • A degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Land F/X,  Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp
  • Ability to work within a team environment. We are a growing office with an open & collaborative environment; team chemistry is key
  • Able to manage and mentor Project Designers
  • Perform quality control checks on work produced by team
  • Interact with Clients and Consultants occasionally
  • Independently complete tasks with minimal direction from Project Managers


A Plus [but not required]

  • Knowledge of additional programs such as Revit, 3D Max, Twinmotion & Excel
  • An active professional member of the ASLA
