Northern California Poolhouse

The design brief for this particular project requested a pool-house and community center that served to be the jewel of the community.  Serving an Eco-modern material palette of bright wood, stone, glazing and fresh greenery, the modern geometry of the structure shows off its clean lines.  Designed to seamlessly blend into the pool area and planting, we are able to show off not only our integrated design but also our rendering and graphic capabilities.

This project was particularly special to Urban Arena as it allows us to show off our full range of abilities we can bring to any project.  Urban Arena handled the planning of the site from the very initial conceptual packages and is now handling the final construction plans of all six different products on site, all of which were developed and created in-house,  as well as providing the complete landscape plans for the completed projects, all the recreational parks and trails on site as well as architecture and landscape architecture of the community and recreation center.

Most recently he has been intimately involved in the rebranding and marketing effort at Urban Arena to celebrate their 20th year of business.
