Urban Arena transformed 5,900 square feet of ground-level office space in Downtown Long Beach into a dynamic new co-working hub. The space was designed for both tower tenants and freelancers, creating a stimulating yet comfortable environment to work, meet, and collaborate.
The renovation introduced private offices for individuals and small teams, along with functional conference rooms and open common areas for breakouts and events. These flexible spaces support both focused work and community-driven gatherings.
Because the office is tucked between other tenants, design and coordination required extra care. In addition, the constraints of an existing building posed challenges with space efficiency and systems integration. Urban Arena addressed these issues through creative planning and thoughtful detailing, ensuring the final environment feels open, efficient, and inviting.
