A new co-working space for Long Beach. The office space is designed for the tower tenant as well as freelancers to work and hang out in a stimulating and comfortable environment in Downtown Long Beach.
The Project is a complete interior renovation of 5,900 SF of ground level office. The spaces include private offices for individuals or small teams, as well as functional conference rooms and common areas for breakouts and events.
The small space and its location in the building between other tenants presented design and coordination challenges, as well as the usual challenges that come with working in existing buildings.
