About This Project

An integrated walkable community adjacent a proposed commuter rail station. Offering of a broad range of housing, retail and business opportunities, this 200 acre site is comprised of several individual developments with an objective to form a single cohesive master plan with a network of parks and trails. Individual developments include:

Bayshores:

Featuring 5 distinct neighborhoods nestled on the San Francisco Bay, Urban Arena designed architecture and community landscaping and parks.

Bridgeway:

Offering 6 dynamic neighborhoods

FMC Parcel C:

Adjacent Bridgeway , Urban Arena planned this site with residential units while respecting adjacent wetlands and continuation of the bayside trail. Intimate neighborhood parks are provided in addition to pedestrian connections leading directly into a 5 acre ‘Grand Park’.

FMC Willow:

The FMC Willow plan creates a vibrant residential community with the commuter rail station at its heart and pedestrian connections to ‘Grand Park’, an amenity with picnic facilities, open lawn, tot lot and dog park.
