The Placer One Pocket Parks are a series of small neighborhood parks within Phase 1A of the Placer One master-planned community. These parks will support daily neighborhood life by offering welcoming, walkable spaces for play, gathering, and community interaction.
The first village includes a naturalistic, butterfly-themed park with an accessible embankment slide, a timber play structure, and swings. The park encourages exploration and imaginative play in a relaxed, nature-inspired setting.
The seventh village features a STEAM-themed park, where each play area represents one of the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, or Math concepts. This environment supports learning through play and gives the village a unique identity.
Together, the Placer One pocket parks create a connected network of open spaces that enrich the neighborhood experience and build a strong sense of place. We are excited to see these spaces come to life in the coming years.
