UV Village is a revitalized Safeway Commercial Center in Sacramento, California. Urban Arena enhanced both the architecture and landscape with fresh materials and a contemporary design. The result is a vibrant retail destination that encourages connection and activity.

Sidewalks, storefronts, pedestrian walkways, and plazas now link the entire center together. Warm wood accents, modern seating nodes, and inviting signage guide visitors through the space. Overhead structures and string lights create atmosphere, while fire and water features add a dynamic touch.

New planters and a mix of variegated plant materials soften the hardscape, balancing the urban feel with natural textures. Together, these improvements transform UV Village into a lively community hub and a true social urban space.
