Urban Arena is spearheading the revitalization of the Vermeulen Ranch Center with the installation of new monument and directory signage. Designed with a rustic aesthetic, these signs will incorporate high-quality materials such as powder-coated aluminum mimicking corten steel, manufactured stone, and premium wood, ensuring durability and a timeless appeal. Subtle illumination will enhance visibility while maintaining the center’s character.
The project also includes the addition of wayfinding and memorial signage to improve navigation and share the center’s rich history. Enhancements to the surrounding area feature upgraded landscaping, a curated antique farm equipment display, and a water tower mural crafted by a local artist.
Inspired by the early California and Western architectural themes of the Farm Market District, the design incorporates elements like wagon wheels, tractors, and windmills. These improvements aim to modernize the property, bolster its economic and visual appeal, and solidify its role as a vibrant community hub.
