I am a Midwest-native and graduate of Iowa State University’s landscape architecture program in 2014.
Growing up near Chicago for most of my life has had a huge influence on me and I have always been interested in the urban landscape, especially the relationship between the natural and built environment. I got the opportunity to travel everywhere from Yellowstone to Europe while in school and spent a summer studying in Rome before graduating. I came back home to Chicago to work for a design-build firm and then a hardscape contractor for a couple of years before eventually ending up at a fantastic place called Urban Arena.
Outside of the office, the majority of my life revolves around food, The Food Network, pick-up basketball, and my newfound obsession with ramen noodle restaurants.
