Project Manager – Architecture | Costa Mesa


We are looking for an out-going Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs and our goal is to meet the client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Completely responsible for the management, coordination, production, and detailing of construction documents
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure coordinated, high quality construction documents, and review drawings for quality control
  • Conduct construction administration activities including site visits, RFI responses, submittal, shop drawing, and punch list reviews
  • Control projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design
  • Ensure that all projects are carried out to specific office and industry standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations, etc.
  • Attend Client meetings and coordinate with outside Consultants
  • Inspire, develop, and mentor architectural design staff

Skills & Requirements:

  • Multi-family and mixed-use experience required
  • DD/CD production experience in AutoCAD (required) and Revit (strong preferred)
  • Professional knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, standards, and codes
  • Strong knowledge of technical design and documentation
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with plan check submittal and review processes
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy
  • Positive, outgoing, and energetic team member who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp)
  • Communication and project management skills

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience
  • Professional degree in Architecture

Project Designer – Landscape Architecture | Costa Mesa


We are seeking a full time, Project Designer (1+ years’ experience) in the field of Landscape Architecture for our Costa Mesa office.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • 1+ years’ experience in a Landscape Architectural office with an eagerness to learn; we care about our employee’s growth and are willing to teach
  • Experience working on projects from concept design through construction documents
  • A degree in Landscape Architecture or related field of study
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Ability to work within a team environment; we are a growing office with an open and collaborative environment

Revit Drafter – Architecture | Costa Mesa


We are looking for an Architectural Revit Drafter who will work with the architecture team on a variety of architecture and interior architecture projects that range in scope and scale.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, coordination, and production of Design Development & Construction Documents, as well as RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
  • Participation in the Construction Administration of project assignments
  • Working with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, & regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
  • Communicating with the team and keeping up to date with project changes, revisions, coordination, etc.
  • Assisting in the development, maintenance, and quality control of department standards and templates as related to AutoCAD and Revit (not necessarily BIM manager)

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Revit required, AutoCAD a plus
  • Detailed-oriented with strong understanding of architectural design, drawings, details, and construction
  • Experience with Type V projects; both single family and multi-family. Commercial experience is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Experience in producing and managing architectural/construction drawing sets
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Self-motivated individual with strong organizational and (time and project) management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge in Adobe Suite is a plus

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Associates degree or two-year technical school training in Drafting preferred

Job Captain – Landscape Architecture | Costa Mesa


We are seeking a full time Landscape Designer (2-4 years’ experience) in the field of Landscape Architecture. This person will work directly with the Landscape Architecture team & assist in the design & creation of a diverse mix of projects.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge in AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Photoshop & InDesign
  • Able to manage and mentor Project Designers
  • Perform quality control checks on work produced by team
  • Interact with Clients and Consultants occasionally
  • Independently complete tasks with minimal direction from Project Managers
  • Ability to work within a team environment. We are a growing office with an open & collaborative environment; team chemistry is key
  • A degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Work experience in a Landscape Architect’s office
