Urban Arena provided both landscape architecture and branding services for Bay Pointe Apartments, enhancing the landscape surrounding the clubhouse, leasing building, pool area, and sports courts.
For the clubhouse renovations, our team revised schematic floor plans for all three levels, developed unit floor plans, and updated the exterior elevations to reflect a fresh design intent, style, and materials. Additionally, Urban Arena strengthened Bay Pointe’s brand by designing an updated logo and implementing a cohesive visual identity across mock-up products, merchandise, stationery, flyers, and more.
