About This Project

Dahlia Court is a brand-new enclave of attached homes located in the heart of Rancho Santa Margarita. This limited collection of 36 townhomes includes a small tot lot park, outdoor lounge, and drought tolerant planting. There will be something for everyone within this dynamic environment. Urban Arena developed and designed the floor plans and exterior elevations as well as all the landscape amenities around the site.
