This multifamily community, MODE, brings 112 apartment homes to the corner of 7th Avenue and Robinson Avenue in San Diego, CA. Designed for Greystar, the project combines urban living with thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces that support recreation, relaxation, and community connection.
Urban Arena’s landscape design enhances both the public and private experiences of the development. At street level, improved landscaping and pedestrian amenities help strengthen the connection between the building and the surrounding neighborhood. Above the street, a second-level amenity deck provides residents with shared outdoor space for gathering and everyday enjoyment. A rooftop recreation deck offers additional opportunities to relax, socialize, and take in views of the surrounding city.
Planting, site furnishings, and outdoor amenities work together to create a welcoming environment that complements the architecture and supports an active urban lifestyle. The result is a vibrant residential community that contributes to the continued growth and energy of San Diego’s Uptown neighborhood.
