Located at the corner of 7th Street and Bradford Street, the development connects directly to Downtown Union City and the BART station, giving residents easy access to transit, shopping, and neighborhood amenities.
The plan introduces 288 new homes through a mix of Urban Arena’s residential products, including multi-story townhomes and elevator-served stacked flats. These homes create a varied neighborhood fabric with different scales, layouts, and architectural expressions.
Station East blends housing, retail, urban plazas, and community parks to create a walkable, active environment. Landscaped paseos and open spaces link the community together, supporting everyday life and encouraging people to gather and explore.
Urban Arena is providing full Architectural Construction Documents, coordination with the project’s consultants, and on-site design-intent walks throughout construction. The team is guiding the project to ensure the neighborhood’s buildings and public spaces come together as a cohesive, high-quality environment.
