Urban Arena joined a design charrette to establish a refreshed identity and landscape direction for The Villas at Monarch Beach, a for-rent community in Dana Point, California.
The team introduced a new branding concept and developed a bold entry layout, supported by detailed renderings and a themed landscape. At the center of the retail entry area, a butterfly-shaped fountain serves as a striking focal point.
A floral garden trail winds through the property, weaving in butterfly motifs to create a playful yet peaceful atmosphere. The result is a cohesive, marketable vision that enhances curb appeal while offering residents and visitors an immersive sense of place. The Villa at Monarch was a fun design challenge for us.
