Urban Arena developed a conceptual site plan for a proposed 5-acre mixed-use development located across from Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah, home of the Utah Jazz professional basketball team. The project includes a Utah Jazz Training Center, along with hotel, residential, and retail components. Urban Arena designed a detailed, floor-by-floor architectural concept that adapts to both summer and winter conditions, providing a flexible and dynamic space to enhance the year-round experience for residents and visitors alike.
